        "content": "<p>Police big wig set for counterfeiting trial<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: A senior police officer is set to go on trial in the<br>\nSouth Jakarta District Court on counterfeiting charges.<\/p>\n<p>National Police chief Gen. Sutanto told a hearing with the<br>\nHouse of Representatives' Commission III on legal affairs that<br>\nthe file on the high ranking police officer had been sent to the<br>\ncourt two weeks ago.<\/p>\n<p>Sutanto declined to disclose the name of the officer, but said<br>\nthat he was one of the 15 officers being probed by police after<br>\ntheir bank balances were found to be suspiciously large. The<br>\nFinancial Transactions and Report Analysis Center (PPATK), the<br>\ncountry's money laundering watchdog, reported the suspicious<br>\ntransactions to the National Police.  --JP<\/p>",
