        "content": "<p>Malang, East Java (ANTARA) - Malang City Resort Police arrested three\nsuspects for the misuse of subsidised fuel oil (BBM) type Pertalite at a\npetrol station on Jalan Julius Usman, Malang City, East Java. The Head\nof the Criminal Investigation Unit of Malang City Resort Police, AKP\nRahmad Aji Prabowo, in Malang on Tuesday, stated that the three suspects\nare ABS (29), a resident of Wagir, Malang Regency; A (42), a resident of\nKedungkandang, Malang City; and RCYP, a resident of Muharto, Malang\nCity. \u201cThe misuse of subsidised BBM involves two police reports, namely\nthe first report with suspects ABS and A, and the second report with\nsuspect RCYP. The arrests were made on Thursday (16\/4) by securing one\ncar and one motorcycle,\u201d said Aji. The actions were assisted by suspect\nA, who is a petrol station employee, in exchange for Rp5,000 per jerry\ncan. \u201cThe individuals were secured at the scene during the fuel filling.\nAt that time, officers found 19 jerry cans that had been filled,\u201d he\nsaid. Meanwhile, suspect RCYP purchased subsidised BBM using a\nmotorcycle at the same petrol station. The purchased BBM was then\ntransferred to two 35-litre jerry cans using a rubber hose. \u201cThese\nactions were carried out repeatedly, and the BBM was then resold\nretail,\u201d said Aji. Suspects ABS and RCYP face a maximum prison sentence\nof six years and\/or a fine of category V.
