Police arrest four in dismemberment case<\/p>\n

Bekasi Police arrested on Thursday four people suspected in the
\ndismemberment of Julius Alexander Matital, 20, whose head and
\nlegs were found on Monday afternoon in the Kebon Nanas cemetery
\nin East Jakarta.<\/p>\n
Police said they would not announce the identities of the
\nsuspects until they finished questioning them.<\/p>\n
"Yes, we have detained four people allegedly involved in the
\nmurder of Julius. We will reveal their identity soon," Bekasi
\nPolice chief of detectives Comr. Suwondo Nainggolan told The
\nJakarta Post.<\/p>\n
He said the four were being questioned at Bekasi Police
\nheadquarters.<\/p>\n
Police said earlier they had located the house where Julius, a
\nresident of the Harapan Jaya housing complex in Bekasi, West
\nJava, had been killed and dismembered.<\/p>\n
Julius was employed in a handicraft home industry in Bekasi.<\/p>\n
Two residents of Cipinang, East Jakarta, made the grisly
\ndiscovery of the body parts on Monday afternoon in the cemetery
\nin Cipinang Besar Selatan.<\/p>\n
Doctors who performed the autopsy at Cipto Mangunkusumo
\nHospital (RSCM) in Central Jakarta were able to identify the
\nvictim as Julius.<\/p>\n
Police questioned eight witnesses, most of them relatives and
\nfriends of Julius. Officers also found an axe near the location
\nwhere the body parts were discovered.<\/p>\n
Police said that from witness statements, they were able to
\nestablish physical descriptions of the suspects.<\/p>\n
Suwondo confirmed that Julius was killed in Bekasi and that
\nparts of his body were dumped in Cipinang and in Legok,
\nTangerang, Banten province.<\/p>\n
"Based on statements from the four suspects, we are now
\nlooking for body parts in Tangerang," he said.<\/p>\n
Suwondo said that once all of the body parts were recovered,
\nthey would be handed over to Julius' family for burial.<\/p>\n
The body parts found in the East Jakarta cemetery are being
\nexamined at RSCM as part of the police investigation.<\/p>\n
"We are still trying to discover a motive for the crime, and
\nthe questioning of the suspects is continuing," Suwondo said.<\/p>",
