The Directorate of Narcotics Crimes (Dittipidnarkoba) of the National\nPolice Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim Polri) continues to\nexpand its investigation into the drug network allegedly linked to\ndealer Erwin Iskandar, alias Koh Erwin. In the latest development,\ninvestigators have secured two individuals suspected of being involved\nin providing accounts to hold the flow of funds from narcotics\ntransactions.<\/p>\n
The two suspects are Muhammad Rikki (25), the account owner, and\nPriyo Handoko (33), who is alleged to have sold Rikki\u2019s account to\nanother party in the network, namely Andre Fernando, alias \u2018The\nDoctor\u2019.<\/p>\n
\u201cFrom suspect Arfan\u2019s statement, he admitted that the methamphetamine\ndrug was obtained from Andre Fernando using an account in the name of\nMuhammad Rikki,\u201d said the Director of Narcotics Crimes at Bareskrim\nPolri, Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, in his statement on Wednesday\n(25\/3).<\/p>\n
Andre Fernando is known to act as a distributor supplying\nmethamphetamine to Koh Erwin and is currently on the police\u2019s wanted\nlist.<\/p>\n
According to Eko, the account was used as a means to receive payments\nfrom Koh Erwin\u2019s drug network. Based on this information, the team led\nby Deputy Head of Subdirectorate IV Dittipidnarkoba Bareskrim Polri,\nCommissioner Handik Zusen, along with the NIC Task Force led by\nCommissioner Kevin Leleury, conducted further investigations.<\/p>\n
On Saturday (7\/3), the team carried out an operation in the Kapuk\narea, Cengkareng, West Jakarta. Around 3:00 PM WIB, officers\nsuccessfully arrested Rikki at his residence.<\/p>\n
\u201cBrother Muhammad Rikki, who was on the upper floor, was immediately\nsecured and searched,\u201d Eko said.<\/p>\n
From initial examinations, Rikki admitted to handing over his savings\nbook and ATM card to someone named Rio. The team then pursued to Rio\u2019s\nhouse, but he was not found at the location.<\/p>\n
Officers then conducted sweeps at several points frequently used as\ngathering spots in the area. In this effort, the police managed to\nsecure Priyo Handoko.<\/p>\n
During a search of his home, one methamphetamine smoking device or\nbong was found. \u201cWe secured both suspects along with evidence for\nfurther examination at Bareskrim Polri,\u201d Eko stated.<\/p>\n
In the development of this case, Bareskrim Polri has also issued\nwanted status for Andre Fernando, alias \u2018The Doctor\u2019 (32). He is said to\nbe the party supplying methamphetamine to Koh Erwin.<\/p>\n
The fugitive status for Andre is contained in the\nDPO\/32\/III\/Dittipidnarkoba letter dated 1 March 2026, signed by\nCommissioner Handik Zusen as the investigation leader.<\/p>\n
\u201cAndre Fernando is to be monitored\/arrested\/surrendered\/informed of\nhis whereabouts to the investigators\/assisting investigators at the\nabove police office, with the number 081385277785,\u201d the DPO letter\nstates, as quoted on Monday (2\/3).<\/p>\n
This case has also implicated several parties, including former Bima\nCity Police Chief AKBP Didik Putra Kuncoro and former Bima City Police\nNarcotics Unit Head AKP Malaungi.<\/p>\n
In practice, Andre is said to provide methamphetamine which was then\npurchased by Koh Erwin for distribution in the Bima area, West Nusa\nTenggara. Records show Koh Erwin conducted two transactions with Andre\nin January 2026.<\/p>\n
The first transaction was valued at Rp400 million for 2 kilograms of\nmethamphetamine.
