        "content": "<p>Polda Metro Jaya has secured 69 individuals involved in riots and\nobstructing the execution of state-owned assets on Block 15 in the\nformer Hotel Sultan area, Central Jakarta, on Thursday. The incident was\nmarked by stone-throwing that resulted in injuries to 29 people. \u201cAs a\nresult of this action, officers secured 69 people suspected of trying to\nobstruct the execution process, and this number may increase,\u201d said\nPolice Grand Commissioner Budi Hermanto in Jakarta on Thursday. He added\nthat a total of 26 police officers sustained minor injuries from stones\nthrown by the masses occupying the execution area. One TNI officer was\ninjured in the temple, and two civilians present during the execution\nwere also hurt. \u201cCurrently, the injured are receiving medical\ntreatment,\u201d he said. Hermanto explained that during the execution,\nmembers of the public attempted to obstruct the enforcement of a Res\nJudicata court ruling, a legal principle stating that a court decision\nwith permanent legal force, or inkracht, must be considered correct and\nremains binding. He emphasised that the execution process followed\nprofessional, proportional, and accountable stages and procedures. \u201cWe\nurge the public not to create wild information or issues, because\ntoday\u2019s execution action is fully accountable,\u201d he said. Previously,\nPolda Metro Jaya deployed 3,161 joint TNI-Polri personnel to oversee the\nexecution of state assets on Block 15 in the former Hotel Sultan area in\nCentral Jakarta. \u201cOfficers were present to ensure that the execution\nprocess proceeded safely, peacefully, and under control,\u201d said Budi\nHermanto. According to him, several stages had been completed, starting\nwith the court clerk delivering the seizure order, accompanied by\nTNI-Polri personnel, as well as the plaintiff and defendant. \u201cAfter\nthat, persuasive and humane appeals were made to the people still at the\nlocation,\u201d he said.
