The pre-trial motion challenges the search and\narrest conducted by Polda Metro Jaya investigators.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018We have not received the letter,\u2019 said Polda Metro Jaya Head of\nLegal Affairs, Senior Commissioner Abrianto Pardede, in a statement in\nJakarta on Wednesday. He nevertheless confirmed that the police are\nready to participate in the legal process. The first hearing is\nreportedly scheduled for Monday, 29 June 2026. \u2018Once the power of\nattorney\u2019s letter is received, we will definitely attend,\u2019 Abrianto\nstated.<\/p>\n<p>Roy Suryo and Tifauzia Tyassuma previously filed the pre-trial motion\nconcerning the search and arrest by Polda Metro Jaya investigators.
