        "content": "<p>Polda Metro Jaya has emphasised its commitment to maintaining the\nintegrity of the recruitment process for prospective Cadets at the\nPolice Academy (Akpol) for the 2026 Fiscal Year. The public is urged not\nto be swayed by offers from middlemen promising selection processes\noutside official procedures.<\/p>\n<p>The Head of Human Resources at Polda Metro Jaya, Senior Commissioner\nMuh Dwita Kumu Wardana, affirmed the readiness of Polda Metro Jaya\u2019s\nranks to oversee all selection stages objectively and professionally. He\nconveyed this during a briefing led by the Deputy Head of Human\nResources of the National Police Chief, Inspector General Anwar, via\nZoom Meeting on Monday (6\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe assure that the 2026 Akpol recruitment process will be conducted\ncleanly, transparently, accountably, and humanely. No fees will be\ncharged, and there will be no room for middlemen or proxies,\u201d said\nSenior Commissioner Dwita.<\/p>\n<p>He also stressed that this year\u2019s Akpol intake will only be open\nthrough one pathway, namely the regular route. Therefore, the public is\nasked not to be easily influenced by parties claiming they can help pass\nselection participants in exchange for certain payments.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSuccess is entirely determined by the participants\u2019 abilities in\nfollowing all selection stages. We urge the public not to believe\nparties claiming they can ensure passage for participants, as the entire\nprocess is conducted objectively, transparently, and accountably,\u201d he\nadded.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Deputy Head of Human Resources of the National Police\nChief, Inspector General Anwar, in his briefing, emphasised that Akpol\nrecruitment is not merely a selection process but part of a strategic\neffort to build a professional, integrity-driven, and trusted Indonesian\nNational Police. All committees are instructed to implement the BETAH\nprinciples\u2014Clean, Transparent, Accountable, and Humane\u2014and ensure no\nroom for middlemen practices or proxies.<\/p>\n<p>The series of selections for the 2026 Akpol pathway will take place\nfrom 9-30 March 2026, including online registration and verification,\nfollowed by an integrity pact on 31 March and initial administrative\nchecks (rikmin) from 31 March to 4 April. Subsequent stages include\nHealth Check (rikkes) Phase I on 7-11 April, Psychological CAT on 23-25\nApril, then Academic CAT, Computer Test, PMK Inventory Filling CAT, and\nAMI CAT on 6-7 May and 9-11 May.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will then undergo EKG Test on 17-19 May, Physical\nFitness Test (UKJ) and Anthropometry on 21-24 May, followed by a hearing\nleading to Health Check Phase II on 4 June. Thereafter, the process\ncontinues with Health Check Phase II on 5-6 June, PMK and PSI Phase II\non 13-15 June, final administrative checks on 16-17 June, up to the\nfinal hearing at the Polda level on 26 June 2026. For the Akpol pathway,\nselection continues at the National Police Headquarters level from 3 to\n27 July 2026, making it the pathway with the longest and most\ncomprehensive series of selections.<\/p>",
