On Saturday, 22 August 2026 at BRILiaN Stadium, the Grand Final of\nPNM\u2019s 2026 Sports and Arts Week (PORSENI) was officially held, bringing\ntogether thousands of PNM personnel from across Indonesia who, for the\nnext few days, swapped roles from employees to athletes, singers,\ndancers, and even comedians.<\/p>\n
Carrying the theme \u2018Synergy in Achievement, Building Together with\nPNM\u2019, the event served as a moment of togetherness as well as proof that\na company\u2019s strength is not only seen in its business performance, but\nalso in how closely it can unite dozens of its branches in a single\nshared spirit.<\/p>\n
Opening the Grand Final, PNM Managing Director Kindaris stressed that\nthe day was not merely about who won and lost on the field.<\/p>\n
\u2018Today is not just about competition. Today is about celebrating the\nlong journey that has brought PNM personnel from various regions,\nbranches, talents, and stories together in one spirit of togetherness,\u2019\nsaid Kindaris.<\/p>\n
He added that throughout this year\u2019s PORSENI series, that spirit was\nthe common thread for every participant, regardless of the final results\nthey achieved.<\/p>\n
\u2018Some pursued victory, some showcased creativity through art, some\nwon, and some had to accept defeat. However, they all share one thing in\ncommon: they gave their best. For me, this is the true meaning of\nPORSENI. At PNM, we do not just work together. We grow together,\nstruggle together, and celebrate success together. This is the One PNM\nspirit,\u2019 he asserted.<\/p>\n
The scale of this year\u2019s event was considerable. A total of 58\nbranches, the head office, and PNM subsidiaries took part, presenting\nthousands of athletes and talents competing both in person and online\nfrom the western to the eastern ends of Indonesia.<\/p>\n
They are PNM personnel who, on a daily basis, assist customers and\ndrive the grassroots economy, but once PORSENI began, they transformed\ninto fighters on the field and stage carrying the name of their\nrespective branches.<\/p>\n
The series leading up to the Grand Final began with the qualifying\nrounds held in two stages. On 11 July 2026, Medan, Jakarta, Yogyakarta,\nBandung, Surabaya, and Makassar became the arenas for men\u2019s mini\nfootball, badminton, table tennis, and padel competitions.<\/p>\n
The following week, from 14 to 18 July 2026, the competition moved to\nthe digital realm through Mobile Legends e-sports, a dance competition,\nPNM Idol, a band competition, and stand-up comedy, uniting all PNM\nbranches through a single screen.<\/p>\n
From the thousands of participants who competed in the qualifying\nrounds, only 277 of the best athletes and officials managed to secure a\ngolden ticket to the Grand Final. They are the result of the strictest\nselection and now stand at the most honourable point of the entire\nPORSENI series: the grand stage.<\/p>\n
\u2018Compete with heart. Give your best ability and do not do things\nhalf-heartedly, because those at the Grand Final today are the best\nindividuals who have represented their regions. Secondly, uphold\nsportsmanship. Win with humility and accept defeat with grace. Match\nresults determine who becomes champion, but our attitude determines our\ncharacter,\u2019 Kindaris advised all finalists.<\/p>\n
He also expressed hope that the PNM PORSENI 2026 Grand Final would\nbecome more than just an event to find the best. Ultimately, PNM PORSENI\n2026 is not only about who goes home with a trophy.
