        "content": "<p>PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) has once again launched its\nEmployee Award programme to Japan, recognising outstanding employees\nfrom various regions of Indonesia who have demonstrated integrity, a\nspirit of service, and contribution in assisting more than 23.3 million\nunderprivileged women nationwide up to June 2026. Through this trip, the\nawardees are not only introduced to Japan\u2019s work culture, known for its\ndiscipline and innovation, but are also expected to bring home new\ninspiration to continuously improve service quality and strengthen the\nwork culture within PNM. One of the award recipients is Rodrina, a PNM\nAccount Officer who assists clients in the Jayapura, Sorong, and Merauke\nareas. For her, the award represents a meaningful journey after two\nyears of service with PNM. It has not only provided an opportunity to\ndevelop professionally, but PNM has also brought significant changes to\nher family\u2019s life. \u201cThank you very much to PNM. Joining PNM has truly\nbrought blessings to my family. From this job, I was able to build a\nhouse for my parents and send my five younger siblings to school. This\naward motivates me to continue providing the best service to the women\nclients who also struggle every day to change their families\u2019 lives,\u201d\nsaid Rodrina. The Employee Award programme is part of PNM\u2019s commitment\nto building superior human resources while strengthening corporate\nculture. Through direct learning experiences in Japan, the awardees are\nexpected to gain new perspectives on work ethic, collaboration,\ninnovation, and service that can be applied to support the company\u2019s\ntransformation and improve the quality of assistance for underprivileged\ncommunities.
