Speaking in Jakarta on Friday, he said the application of\nthis principle is expected to maintain service quality while supporting\nsustainable community economic empowerment. \u201cFor PNM, good governance is\nnot just about rules that must be fulfilled, but about maintaining\ntrust,\u201d he said. The state-owned enterprise, engaged in financing\nultra-micro businesses, revealed that good corporate governance is a key\nfactor in ensuring that financing for micro-enterprises is conducted in\na sound, accountable, and sustainable manner. He explained that the\nprinciples of good governance relate not only to regulatory compliance\nbut also to ensuring that every business process is transparent,\naccountable, and prioritises fair service to the public.
