        "content": "<p>PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) has once again dispatched 102\nemployees for the third batch of its 2026 Employee Reward Umrah\nProgramme. The programme is a form of the company\u2019s appreciation for the\ndedication and contribution of employees who have demonstrated strong\nperformance and commitment in carrying out their duties.<\/p>\n<p>Through the programme, PNM not only provides a reward in the form of\na pilgrimage journey, but also encourages employees to strengthen their\nspiritual values, be grateful for every stage of their service, and\nreturn with renewed spirit to bring benefits to their families,\nworkplaces and communities.<\/p>\n<p>One of the Employee Reward Umrah recipients, Siti Masito, said she\nhad never imagined she would be able to perform the umrah pilgrimage\nthrough her journey of service at PNM.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI never expected to go on umrah through PNM.
