Youwe, 44, and Felix N. Treron, 30,<br>\nthe two men were caught with 270 grams of marijuana and two<br>\nknives. They were arrested by the marine personnel on patrol at<br>\nthe seaport.<\/p>\n<p>Jayapura police precinct chief Adj. Sr. Comr.
