        "content": "<p>In commemoration of Pancasila Sanctity Day, PT PLN (Persero)\nYogyakarta Distribution Main Unit (UID) has presented three programmes\nfor the 2026 TJSL Awards. The nominated programmes include the Baros\nMangrove Conservation Ecotourism for the Environment category, Rumah\nBUMN Gunungkidul for the Rumah BUMN category, and Elfata Fashion\u2014an SME\nmentored by Rumah BUMN Gunungkidul\u2014for the Best SME category.<\/p>\n<p>The General Manager of PLN UID Yogyakarta, Deri Prasetio Utomo,\nstated that this participation is part of PLN\u2019s commitment to delivering\nCorporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) programmes that\nprovide real and sustainable benefits to the community.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPancasila values serve as the foundation for PLN in executing its\ncorporate role, including through TJSL programmes. We want every\nprogramme to go beyond merely providing aid, but to be capable of\nincreasing community capacity and creating self-reliance,\u201d said\nDeri.<\/p>\n<p>Rumah BUMN Gunungkidul, under PLN\u2019s mentorship, has supported over\n1,700 SMEs since 2017. In 2026, this mentorship will be strengthened\nthrough the \u2018GREBEK Business Digital\u2019 incubation programme, designed to\nhelp SME owners optimise WhatsApp Business, Instagram, TikTok, and\nGoogle Business Profiles. This support is further bolstered by marketing\naccess through the SME Gallery, in collaboration with Hotel Santika\nGunungkidul.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Elfata Fashion, owned by Hesti Elfata in Pulutan,\nWonosari, Gunungkidul, has evolved from a sewing business into a\nprofessional fashion service and now employs nine women. The SME\npreviously had the opportunity to showcase its work at the PLN Showcase\nJogja Fashion Week 2025.<\/p>\n<p>In the Environment category, PLN UID Yogyakarta is presenting the\nBaros Mangrove Conservation Ecotourism programme as part of its efforts\ntoward environmental preservation and community empowerment.<\/p>\n<p>Deri noted that PLN will continue to develop TJSL programmes that\nhave measurable, sustainable impacts and can be scaled to other\nregions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe interpret the spirit of Pancasila Sanctity Day through real work\nthat benefits the community. We hope these programmes can continue to\ngrow and provide a broader impact,<\/p>",
