        "content": "<p>KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk (PLIN) has\nsecured a syndicated loan facility of Rp4.7 trillion. The company must\nprovide asset collateral for this.<\/p>\n<p>In a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on 26 May 2026,\nCompany Secretary Umbas Rombe stated that the total collateral value\namounts to Rp5.64 trillion, equivalent to 49.56% of PLIN\u2019s equity of\nRp11.38 trillion, requiring shareholder approval at an extraordinary\ngeneral meeting (RUPS).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe company has obtained shareholder approval through an\nextraordinary general meeting on 14 April 2026,\u201d said Umbas.<\/p>\n<p>The loan facility carries an interest rate based on the Compounded\nIndoNia 30-day benchmark plus a 1.75% annual margin, subject to change\nif the company\u2019s sustainability changes. The loan tenure is 60\nmonths.<\/p>\n<p>The collateral includes:<\/p>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>a mortgage over four plots of HGB (Right to Build) land and five\nplots of HMSRS (Ownership Right over Apartment Units) land under PLIN\u2019s\nname, comprising:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><p>Land registered under HGB Certificate No.\u00a0700\/Gondangdia, located\nat Jalan M.H.
