        "content": "<p>Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung Wibowo stated that the plan to build\n11 low-cost apartment blocks (rusun) in the capital is still under\ndiscussion with the DPRD DKI. \u201cRegarding the 11 rusun, the details will\nbe conveyed later. But it is clear that these rusun are indeed in 11\nlocations. Currently, the process is in the discussion stage with the\nDPRD,\u201d Pramono said at City Hall on Friday. Pramono promised to\nimmediately convey information on the construction of the 11 rusun once\nan official decision has been made. \u201cOnce it is finalised, I will\ncertainly announce it openly because we are currently waiting for that,\u201d\nPramono explained. Meanwhile, Head of the DKI Public Housing and\nSettlement Areas Agency (DPRKP) Kelik Indriyanto said the construction\nof the 11 rusun is currently being proposed to the Ministry of Housing\nand Settlement Areas (PKP). \u201cThere is great hope for full support\nthrough the 3 million homes programme as a joint portfolio between the\ncentral and regional governments,\u201d said Kelik. The 11 rusun are planned\nto be built in Muara Angke; Marunda cluster C; Komarudin; Rorotan IX;\nCakung KM 2; Tongkol phase III; Marunda cluster A; Marunda cluster B;\nSemper Cakung Drain; Bojong Indah; and Daan Mogot KM 18. \u201cThe target\noccupants for the rusunawa are programmed communities and the general\npublic in accordance with Governor Regulation 111 of 2024,\u201d Kelik added.\nThe DKI Provincial Government plans to build eleven large-capacity rusun\nin 2027. The construction of these flats is one solution to address the\nhousing needs of residents amidst limited land availability in the\ncapital.<\/p>",
