        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Satuan Tugas Penertiban Kawasan Hutan (PKH\nTask Force) has handed over funds from forest area enforcement valued at\nRp 10.27 trillion and land spanning 2,373,171.75 hectares to the state\nduring an event at the Attorney General\u2019s Office building in Jakarta on\nWednesday (13\/5\/2026). The handover was directly presented by the\nAttorney General, who also serves as Deputy Chair I of the PKH Task\nForce Director, ST Burhanuddin, in the presence of President Prabowo\nSubianto and several state officials. \u201cToday, as a manifestation of\ntransparency and accountability in performance to the public, we report\nand hand over the funds from the follow-up actions of forest area\nenforcement by the PKH Task Force to the state through the Ministry of\nFinance,\u201d said Burhanuddin. Burhanuddin explained that the funds\noriginated from two main sources, namely administrative fines in the\nforestry sector and the results of PKH Task Force oversight related to\nPBB and non-PBB taxes. The administrative fines successfully collected\namounted to Rp 3.42 trillion. Meanwhile, the PKH Task Force results\nallocated for PBB and non-PBB taxes reached Rp 6.84 trillion. All the\nfunds will be deposited into the state treasury through the Ministry of\nFinance. Burhanuddin stated that the land came from various sectors,\nranging from palm oil plantations to mining. The handover was made from\nthe PKH Task Force to the Ministry of Finance, then forwarded to the\nBadan Pengelola Investasi Daya Anagata Nusantara before being managed by\nPT Agrinas Palma Nusantara. \u201cToday, the PKH Task Force will hand over\nthe forest area land again to the relevant ministries\/institutions from\nthe PKH Task Force to the Ministry of Finance, then to the BP Investasi\nDanantara, and subsequently to PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara in the seventh\nphase, covering 2,373,171.75 hectares,\u201d Burhanuddin said. A total of\n733,180.2 hectares came from the revocation of concession permits\nagainst 29 legal entities.
