Inc., Pure Foods<br>\nsaid in a disclosure statement to the Philippine Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n<p>Pure Foods said it will have a 40 percent stake in the venue,<br>\nbut it did not disclose the value of either partner's<br>\ninvestment .<\/p>\n<p>The new company's product line will include pre-mixed cake,<br>\npancake and doughnut products as well as frozen bakery products.<\/p>\n<p>It will bring together Pillsbury's manufacturing technology<br>\nand global marketing expertise with Pure Foods strong local<br>\nmarket knowledge and flour market leadership<\/p>\n<p>Pillsbury is one of four operating companies of Diageo.
