        "content": "<p>Phony journalists<\/p>\n<p>From Neraca<\/p>\n<p>We highly appreciate a joint effort by the police and the<br>\nIndonesian Journalists&apos; Association to get rid Jakarta of phony<br>\njournalists.<\/p>\n<p>These type of people have intimidated and extorted people and<br>\ngovernment officials long enough in the city.<\/p>\n<p>Their despicable actions tantamount violations of press<br>\nethics. They have certainly tarnished the image of that group of<br>\ntrue journalists because they extort money from the community.<\/p>\n<p>As a sympathizer to the press corps I hope that the endeavor<br>\nto curb this practice will gain results.<\/p>\n<p>We also hope that journalists covering the beat at the Jakarta<br>\nRegional Police Command and the Indonesian Police Headquarters<br>\nwill stay alert and wipe out those people who claim to be<br>\njournalists but are actually practicing as touts for those people<br>\ncompleting their STNK and BPKB car documents and SIM driving<br>\nlicenses.<\/p>\n<p>I notice that dozens of these kinds of phony journalists are<br>\nroaming the Samsat Polda Metro Jaya police office.<\/p>\n<p>NASAM<\/p>\n<p>South Jakarta<\/p>",
