        "content": "<p>Phone failure in Cibubur<\/p>\n<p>We have been unable to make telephone calls for the past week<br>\nthough we can receive incoming calls.<\/p>\n<p>When we reported this failure, we were advised that some 100<br>\nlines were down in our area and that the problem was being<br>\nattended to. More than one week has since lapsed.<\/p>\n<p>Now, we sometimes manage to get a dial tone, but when we<br>\nfinish dialing a number, nothing happens.<\/p>\n<p>To add insult to injury, in the past few days, when we dial a<br>\nnumber, a recorded message is heard advising us that our number<br>\nhas been temporarily disconnected because we failed to pay our<br>\nbill. In fact we did pay our last bill amounting to Rp 835,256.-<br>\non Aug. 2, against receipt B 02582462. It was before the<br>\ntelephone broke down.<\/p>\n<p>We made another report to Telkom, but now our telephone is<br>\nstill out of order.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to know from Telkom when we can expect service<br>\nto be restored.<\/p>\n<p>F.A.
