Phone failure in Cibubur<\/p>\n
We have been unable to make telephone calls for the past week
\nthough we can receive incoming calls.<\/p>\n
When we reported this failure, we were advised that some 100
\nlines were down in our area and that the problem was being
\nattended to. More than one week has since lapsed.<\/p>\n
Now, we sometimes manage to get a dial tone, but when we
\nfinish dialing a number, nothing happens.<\/p>\n
To add insult to injury, in the past few days, when we dial a
\nnumber, a recorded message is heard advising us that our number
\nhas been temporarily disconnected because we failed to pay our
\nbill. In fact we did pay our last bill amounting to Rp 835,256.-
\non Aug. 2, against receipt B 02582462. It was before the
\ntelephone broke down.<\/p>\n
We made another report to Telkom, but now our telephone is
\nstill out of order.<\/p>\n
We would like to know from Telkom when we can expect service
\nto be restored.<\/p>\n
