Surakarta (ANTARA) - The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has\nannounced that the second phase of the 2026 National Internship\n(MagangHub) programme officially commenced this Monday.<\/p>\n
Darmawansyah, the Director General of Vocational Training and\nProductivity Development (Binalavotas) at the Ministry of Manpower,\nstated that the programme is expected to provide significant benefits\nfor university fresh graduates before they enter the actual\nworkforce.<\/p>\n
\u201cThrough a proper internship process, participants can develop their\ncompetencies while simultaneously preparing themselves to face the\nprofessional world,\u201d Darmawansyah said in a statement received in\nSurakarta, Central Java, on Monday.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, he expressed hope that the National Internship programme\ncould provide work experience relevant to the participants\u2019\ncompetencies, serving as a vital part of their professional development\nprocess.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe hope the internship programme can serve as a space for\nparticipants to gain work experience that aligns with their existing\nskills,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
On the other hand, he emphasised that thorough preparation is\nessential before the first day of the 2026 National Internship Phase 2\nto ensure participants understand the programme\u2019s implementation and\nknow what actions to take from the outset.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat interns need to prepare includes checking placement details,\nensuring active contact information, contacting organisers or mentors,\npreparing necessary internship equipment, and re-reading their assigned\ninternship roles,\u201d said Darmawansyah.<\/p>\n
Participants are advised to check the email addresses and telephone\nnumbers they registered to ensure they do not miss important information\nfrom the organisers.<\/p>\n
Before the first day, participants may also contact organisers or\nmentors to confirm arrival times, locations, and the specific\nindividuals they are required to meet.<\/p>\n
