        "content": "<p>Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Pharmaceutical issuer PT Phapros Tbk (PEHA)\nis targeting sales growth of over 20% in 2026, with net profit growing\nby double digits. In the first three months of 2026, Phapros recorded\nsignificant net profit growth reaching 112.86% year-on-year (y-o-y).<\/p>\n<p>Phapros\u2019s profitability in the first quarter of 2026 was supported by\na 10.17% increase in sales to Rp221.09 billion, compared to Rp200.67\nbillion in the same period of 2025. Meanwhile, the cost of goods sold\n(COGS) in the first quarter of 2026 only rose by 5.04%, and was\nsuccessfully kept lower than the sales growth. Phapros\u2019s operating\nexpenses for January - March 2026 were also relatively stable, rising\nonly 7.35% y-o-y. The significant sales growth and the ability to\nmaintain COGS and operating expense stability resulted in Phapros\nposting a net profit of Rp761.49 million in the first quarter of 2026, a\n112.86% increase compared to a loss of Rp5.92 billion in the same period\nthe previous year.<\/p>\n<p>PT Phapros Tbk President Director Intan Abdams Katoppo expressed\noptimism that the company can maintain its financial performance growth\nin 2026, despite facing various domestic and global challenges.\n\u201cPhapros\u2019s financial performance trend shows the company has strong\nbusiness fundamentals. Net profit in 2025 grew 109% and in the first\nquarter of 2026 it grew even larger, at 113% y-o-y. Therefore, we are\noptimistic that this trend will continue until the end of this year. To\nrealise this performance growth, Phapros has developed key strategies\nthat serve as the company\u2019s strategic direction for creating long-term\nadded value,\u201d said Intan during the PT Phapros Tbk Public Expose in\nJakarta, Friday (12\/6\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>To improve financial performance in 2026, Intan explained that\nPhapros has formulated five main strategies. First, strengthening\nhealthy and sustainable finances through working capital management and\nmore measured cost control. Second, increasing customer satisfaction by\nimproving service and product quality as measured by customer\nsatisfaction indices. Third, strengthening the product and business\nportfolio by reinforcing the existing product portfolio and developing\nnew products, as well as conducting business expansion. Fourth,\ntransforming business systems and processes to increase market share,\ndeveloping smart supply chains through database integration, fostering\ninnovation, pursuing digital transformation, structuring the cost of\ngoods sold (COGS), and continuously ensuring compliance with all\napplicable regulations. Fifth, optimising human resources and corporate\nculture by continuously improving and refreshing the organisational\nstructure (organisational restructuring), developing human capital\ncapacity, and implementing a cost-effective human capital ratio to\nensure HR effectiveness and efficiency in relation to company production\nand revenue.<\/p>\n<p>She added that the business process transformation aims to increase\nmarket share and sales across all product segments: the over-the-counter\n(OTC) drug segment, the branded generic (OGB) segment, and the ethical\nsegment.
