Shareholders approved the payout during the 2025\nAnnual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST). Corporate Secretary\nFajriyah Usman stated that maintaining an 80% dividend payout ratio\n(DPR) reflects PGN\u2019s commitment to balancing shareholder returns with\nlong-term business growth sustainability. \u2018An 80% dividend payout ratio\nalso demonstrates the company\u2019s confidence in its cash flow quality,\nfinancial discipline, and the strength of PGN\u2019s business fundamentals\namid global energy industry dynamics,\u2019 Fajriyah said in a statement on\nTuesday, 26 May 2026. She added that PGN will continue its consistent\ndividend policy while maintaining financial flexibility to support\nnational gas infrastructure and business development. PGN believes the\ndomestic gas business fundamentals remain positive in the long term,\ndriven by rising national energy demand and gas\u2019s role as a transition\nenergy source.
