Petrowidada gets ISO-9002<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): Petrochemical manufacturer PT Petrowidada has
\nbeen accredited with an ISO-9002 certificate for the management
\nof its phthalic anhydride and maleic anhydride production lines.<\/p>\n
Petrowidada said in a statement here on Tuesday that the
\ncertificate was awarded by SAQAS, an Australian standardization
\nagency.<\/p>\n
The statement said that Petrowidada, an affiliate of state-
\nowned fertilizer producer PT Petrokimia Gresik, has expanded its
\nfacilities to increase the production capacity of its main
\nproduct, phthalic anhydride, from 30,000 metric tons to 70,000
\nmetric tons per annum.<\/p>\n
The product is exported to Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, China
\nand Australia, as well as to countries in Southeast Asia and the
