Jakarta (ANTARA) \u2014 Perum Perumnas has partnered with PT Paramount\nEnterprise International to develop residential areas for the\npublic.<\/p>\n
Perum Perumnas Acting President Director Imelda Alini Pohan said\ncollaboration with various partners was part of the company\u2019s strategy\nto accelerate asset optimisation while developing housing that would\ndeliver broader benefits to the public.<\/p>\n
\u201cPerumnas has a portfolio of strategic land in various regions with\nsignificant development potential. Through collaboration with partners\nwith the expertise, experience, networks and investment capacity, we\nwant to ensure that this potential can be developed into residential\nareas that provide broader benefits to the public,\u201d Imelda said in a\nstatement in Jakarta on Saturday.<\/p>\n
Perum Perumnas is continuing to strengthen its role as a strategic\npartner to the Government in supporting the 3 Million Homes programme\nthrough area development and the provision of decent, affordable\nhousing. Its efforts include optimising assets, developing areas and\nstrengthening collaboration with various strategic partners.<\/p>\n
Perumnas\u2019 role in supporting the national housing agenda has been\nreinforced by the designation of 14 of its project sites as National\nStrategic Projects (PSN) under Presidential Regulation No.\u00a068 of\n2026.<\/p>\n
The sites are spread across several regions and cover 1,700 hectares,\nwith potential for about 127,000 housing units. Development types\ninclude large-scale residential areas, transit-oriented development\n(TOD), urban high-rise housing and the revitalisation of residential\nareas.<\/p>\n
To accelerate residential development and optimise its assets,\nPerumnas is continuing to pursue strategic partnerships. One such\ninitiative is the cooperation between Perum Perumnas and PT Paramount\nEnterprise International.<\/p>\n
The agreement focuses on exploring the development of landed housing\non strategic Perumnas land. It was formally launched with the signing of\na memorandum of understanding (MoU) by the acting president director of\nPerum Perumnas and the president director of PT Paramount Enterprise\nInternational.<\/p>\n
Under the MoU, the parties will explore arrangements for developing\nlanded housing, including the potential for an operational cooperation\nscheme (KSO), at several strategic Perumnas projects, including Maros,\nParayasa and Maja.<\/p>\n
The collaboration is expected to attract investment from strategic\npartners, enabling residential areas to be developed more effectively\nand sustainably. The partnership is targeted to deliver more than 14,000\nhousing units across over 200 hectares at three strategic project\nsites.<\/p>\n
Developing residential areas at Perumnas\u2019 strategic project sites is\nan important approach to supporting the 3 Million Homes programme.\nOptimising land in strategic urban areas allows housing to benefit from\nexisting infrastructure and connectivity, while creating opportunities\nfor more productive residential districts.<\/p>\n
The collaboration is expected to accelerate asset development,\nincrease the capacity to provide public housing and support the creation\nof sustainable residential areas.
