        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - Perumda Pasar Jaya is encouraging grassroots\neconomic growth by holding an UMKM and culinary bazaar at its\nheadquarters on Jalan Cikini Raya No 90, Central Jakarta, as part of\nefforts to support the development of Micro, Small, and Medium\nEnterprises (UMKM).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis activity is part of Perumda Pasar Jaya\u2019s ongoing efforts to\nsupport UMKM and strengthen the grassroots economic ecosystem in\nJakarta,\u201d said Pasar Jaya President Director Agus Himawan in Jakarta on\nThursday.<\/p>\n<p>He said the bazaar, which ran from morning until afternoon, featured\ndozens of UMKM fostered and partnered by Perumda Pasar Jaya offering\nvarious superior products. Ranging from kerak telor, nasi uduk, Padang\nsatay, siomay, kebabs, various traditional snacks, to fresh drinks and\nlocal coffee, these proved a special attraction for the attending\npublic. Visitors could also find various handicraft products,\naccessories, and typical Betawi souvenirs reflecting the richness of\nJakarta\u2019s culture.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe organisation of this bazaar is a manifestation of the company\u2019s\ncommitment to providing wider promotional and marketing space for local\nbusiness actors.
