        "content": "<p>In commemoration of Kartini Day, PT Pertamina (Persero) through its\nRumah BUMN programme organised the Kartini 2026 Webinar online on\nWednesday (22\/4), attended by more than 500 micro, small, and medium\nenterprise (MSME) actors from various regions in Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Carrying the theme \u2018Enhancing Competitiveness, Innovation, and Market\nAccess for SMEs\u2019, this event represents a tangible manifestation of\nPertamina\u2019s commitment to encouraging MSMEs to become increasingly\nresilient and capable of advancing amid global dynamics.<\/p>\n<p>VP CSR &amp; SMEPP Management PT Pertamina (Persero), Rudi\nAriffianto, highlighted the current global economic challenges,\nincluding rising production costs that impact MSMEs\u2019 selling power.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018MSMEs are currently being tested for their resilience. However, our\neconomic indicators show fairly good conditions. Strong resilience must\nbe accompanied by innovation and perseverance so that MSMEs can open new\nmarket opportunities and continuously enhance their competitiveness,\u2019\nsaid Rudi, quoted from his statement on Saturday, 25 April 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The webinar featured inspirational speakers, including Nilamsari\nSahadewa, Founder of Kebab Turki Baba Rafi, who shared experiences in\nbuilding a business from a cart scale to penetrating international\nmarkets. She emphasised the importance of a strong business foundation,\nwork culture, and resource readiness in facing business growth,\nincluding strategies for building brands and handling crises.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, Kebab Turki Baba Rafi has more than 1,600 outlets in 10\ncountries, serving as a successful example of an Indonesian MSME that\ncan compete in the global market. In line with that, Pertamina through\n30 Rumah BUMN has mentored 15,884 MSMEs. From January to March 2026,\nthere were 1,323 certifications, 267 training sessions, and 179 local\nexhibitions facilitated for mentored MSMEs.<\/p>\n<p>VP Corporate Communication Pertamina, Muhammad Baron, affirmed that\nMSME empowerment is part of the company\u2019s strategy in creating\nsustainable impact. \u2018Pertamina is committed to continuing to support\nMSMEs to become increasingly resilient, adaptive, and competitive, so\nthey can grow and penetrate wider markets, including global ones,\u2019 he\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>The momentum of Kartini Day serves as a reminder that the spirit of\nstruggle, innovation, and resilience must continue to live within\nIndonesian MSME actors to step further and bring local products to the\nworld stage.<\/p>",
