        "content": "<p>PT Pertamina (Persero) recorded a positive performance throughout the\n2025 fiscal year. Amidst global energy industry dynamics and economic\nchallenges, the company continued to safeguard national energy security,\nstrengthen the energy transition, and maintain healthy financial\nperformance to support development and deliver benefits to the public.\nBased on the 2025 Annual Report presented at the General Meeting of\nShareholders (RUPS) in Jakarta on Tuesday (23\/6), Pertamina posted\nrevenue of USD 70.89 billion, equivalent to Rp 1,167.99 trillion, with\nEBITDA of USD 11.43 billion, or Rp 188.33 trillion, and a net profit of\nUSD 3.35 billion, equivalent to Rp 55.20 trillion. These achievements\nreflect a strong business fundamental and the effectiveness of the\ncompany\u2019s strategy in maintaining performance across all energy business\nlines. Pertamina also contributed Rp 360.76 trillion to the state\nthrough taxes, non-tax state revenue (PNBP), and dividends. Furthermore,\nthe company realised domestic investment of approximately USD 5.9\nbillion, or Rp 97.20 trillion, and recorded Domestic Product Spending\nAbsorption (PDN) of Rp 531.5 trillion, which had a multiplier effect on\nthe national economy. In the upstream sector, oil and gas production was\nmaintained above 1 million barrels of oil equivalent per day (BOEPD)\nthroughout 2025, while the processing sector recorded a Yield Valuable\nProduct of 83.7%, an increase compared to the previous year. This\nachievement reflects the refineries\u2019 ability to optimise the production\nof high-value products. Throughout 2025, Pertamina\u2019s refineries also\nprocessed an intake volume reaching 333 million barrels. In the\ndownstream sector, Pertamina\u2019s refineries supplied approximately 70% of\nthe national fuel needs to support public activities and the Indonesian\neconomy. Meanwhile, the gas business showed positive performance with a\ngas transmission volume reaching 587 BSCF, growing 4% compared to the\nprevious year, and a gas trading volume maintained at 305 million MMBTU.\nIn maritime logistics, the volume of domestic and international cargo\ntransported reached 172 million KL. Pertamina also continued to\nstrengthen the energy transition through the development of new and\nrenewable energy. Throughout 2025, electricity production reached 8,711\nGWh, an increase of 3% from the previous year. Additionally, Pertamina\nimplemented various decarbonisation programmes across all business\nlines, successfully reducing carbon emissions by 2.27 million tonnes of\nCO\u2082e throughout 2025.
