        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, through its MyPertamina\napplication, has won the highest accolade as Best Public Service in the\nMobile Apps category at the Digital Channel Customer Experience Award\n(DIGICCXA) 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun,\nstated in Jakarta on Saturday that the MyPertamina application continues\nto be developed to deliver digital services that are easier, faster, and\nmore integrated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVarious features provided support transactions for purchasing both\nBBM and LPG, as well as loyalty programmes in the form of points,\npromotions, and discounts to provide ease of access to services for the\npublic,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Roberth conveyed that this award serves as motivation for the company\nto further strengthen the quality of customer-oriented digital\nservices.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are very grateful and proud that MyPertamina has won the award as\nBest Public Service in the Mobile Apps category.
