Entering the peak of the Idulfitri 2026 return flow, Pertamina Patra\nNiaga continues to strengthen its readiness to provide energy services\nfor the public returning from their hometowns. Not only relying on its\nSPBU network, Pertamina Patra Niaga is also introducing various\nadditional services to ensure that the public\u2019s journeys remain smooth,\nsafe, and comfortable.<\/p>\n
Through the Ramadan and Idulfitri Task Force, Pertamina Patra Niaga\nensures that all energy infrastructure is fully prepared. Nationally,\n7,885 SPBUs have been prepared, with 2,074 SPBUs operating 24 hours,\nsupported by 6,777 Pertashops reaching even remote areas.<\/p>\n
The 24-hour SPBUs are focused on routes with high mobility, such as\ntoll roads, tourist routes, and major cross-country paths. In addition\nto serving as fuel filling points, SPBUs also function as rest stops\nwith facilities supporting travel comfort, such as prayer rooms, clean\ntoilets, and rest areas.<\/p>\n
To anticipate surges in demand at strategic points, Pertamina Patra\nNiaga is also introducing additional services in the form of Modular\nSPBUs and Pertamina Alert Kiosks.<\/p>\n
These services ensure that energy availability remains maintained,\neven at crowded points that previously did not have SPBUs, providing\nease of access for the public to obtain fuel quickly without having to\nstray far from the main travel routes.<\/p>\n
As field service reinforcement, Pertamina Patra Niaga is also\noperating 200 units of Motorist Pertamina Delivery Service (PDS)\npositioned along the main return flow routes. This service reaches\nvehicles that run out of fuel mid-journey, especially at points with\nhigh potential for congestion or limited access to SPBUs.<\/p>\n
The public can easily access the Motorist Pertamina service through\nthe Pertamina Contact Centre 135 or via the MyPertamina application.\nAfter making a request, the motorist will head to the customer\u2019s\nlocation to assist with direct fuel filling, allowing the journey to\ncontinue without significant interruptions.<\/p>\n
