During the opening of Pindex 2026 in Tangerang, Banten, on Wednesday\n(3\/6), Mars Ega invited all parties to explore various opportunities for\ndeveloping the energy sector, starting from the reform of petrol\nstations, more modern tanker truck concepts, fuel terminals that can be\ndeveloped into blending facilities, to biorefinery technology,\ndigitalisation and artificial intelligence that are relevant to future\noperational needs.<\/p>\n
\u201cPindex is not just a forum for meetings between suppliers and\nbuyers, but it is a forum for sharing knowledge, seeing opportunities\nfor collaboration, and together creating value,\u201d he said in a written\nstatement received in Jakarta, Thursday, 4 June 2026.<\/p>\n
According to him, the event, which is the first downstream\nengineering innovation event organised by Pertamina Patra Niaga, is also\na platform to showcase technology, infrastructure and innovation in the\ndownstream energy sector in supporting national energy resilience and\nindependence.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, the Director of Downstream Optimisation and Distribution\nof Pertamina Patra Niaga, Hari Purnomo, revealed that during the\nthree-day event from 3-5 June 2026, the event will feature 73 exhibition\nbooths from companies and brands in the technology and energy\ninfrastructure sectors, as well as national and international strategic\npartners, as well as a conference and discussion space to strengthen\ncollaboration and the adoption of reliable downstream technologies.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe technology presented by the partners covers various aspects,\nranging from instrumentation, pipelines, tanker trucks, safety,\noccupational health, security and environment (HSSE), to the maritime\nindustry, especially those related to port facilities,\u201d he\nexplained.<\/p>\n
