        "content": "<p>Jayapura, Papua \u2014 PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Papua Maluku has\nmobilised 343 fuel stations across Papua to ensure smooth energy\ndistribution to the public during the Eid holidays in 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Executive General Manager Awan Raharjo said the fuel stations are\ndistributed across six provinces in the Papua region: 58 stations in\nPapua, 87 in West Papua, 63 in Southwest Papua, 24 in Highland Papua, 62\nin South Papua, and 49 in Central Papua.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo this end, a Ramadan and Eid task force has been established to\nguarantee that energy supply and distribution continue to run smoothly\nduring this period,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p>Raharjo explained that the task force has been formed to ensure\nenergy distribution to the public proceeds without disruption. \u201cBeyond\nmobilising fuel stations, we are also preparing supporting\ninfrastructure comprising 21 fuel terminals, two integrated terminals,\nand 12 aviation fuel terminals that support energy distribution in the\nPapua and Maluku regions,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that all Pertamina operational personnel will remain on\nstandby throughout the task force period, including on public holidays,\nto ensure energy distribution services continue to operate\noptimally.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBased on projected energy demand during the Ramadan and Eid period,\nconsumption of certain energy types is expected to increase, including\npetrol, which is projected to rise by 3.8 per cent,\u201d Raharjo said.<\/p>\n<p>He added that consumption of non-subsidised LPG and kerosene is also\nexpected to increase, prompting Pertamina to prepare an additional\nkerosene supply of up to 4.5 per cent to anticipate rising demand.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRegarding stock availability, Pertamina ensures that energy reserves\nremain at safe levels with a minimum buffer of 10 days during the task\nforce period,\u201d he concluded.<\/p>",
