        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Pertamina International Shipping (PIS) has\nensured that 30 workers and their families employed at the PIS branch\noffice in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, specifically PIS Middle East (PIS\nME), are in safe condition.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe condition of PIS Middle East workers and their families is\ncurrently assured to be safe, and the company continues to monitor the\nsituation in Dubai,\u201d said PIS Acting Corporate Secretary Vega Pita, in a\nstatement received in Jakarta on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Vega emphasised that the company\u2019s primary focus is to ensure the\nsafety of workers and ship crews as well as the operational security of\nthe fleet in strategic sea lanes.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the position of the fleet in the region, PIS reported that\nthere are four vessels currently in the Middle East area: the Gamsunoro\nvessel is in the process of loading at Khor al Zubair, Iraq; the\nPertamina Pride vessel has completed the loading process and is now\nanchored at Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia; the PIS Rinjani vessel is\ncurrently anchored at Khor Fakkan, UAE; and the PIS Paragon vessel is\ndischarging in Oman.<\/p>\n<p>Vega stated that the company will continue to monitor the security\nconditions of the four vessels. PIS is proactively coordinating with\nship management authorities and local maritime authorities to enhance\nvigilance.<\/p>\n<p>PIS also continues to maintain intensive communication and complies\nwith recommendations and directives issued by the Ministry of Foreign\nAffairs, the Indonesian Embassy in Abu Dhabi, and the Indonesian\nConsulate General in Dubai.<\/p>\n<p>There are two vessels still in the Gulf area: Pertamina Pride with\nShip Management from NYK, and the Gamsunoro vessel currently managed by\nSynergy Ship Management. Both continue to be monitored in real-time to\nensure their security status.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhile continuously monitoring developments around the clock, we are\nworking to ensure both vessels can promptly exit the Gulf area.\nCurrently, our fleet team is engaged in intensive communication with the\nship managers for coordination and to ensure the safety of the crew and\nvessels,\u201d said Vega.<\/p>\n<p>PIS is committed to continuously monitoring the development of the\nsecurity situation in the region to ensure the safety of workers and the\nenergy distribution fleet.<\/p>",
