Sudjana and former<br>\nPertamina president Faisal Abda'oe.<\/p>\n<p>There are still two suspects, former minister of mines and<br>\nenergy Ginandjar Kartasasmita and Ustraindo president Praptono<br>\nCiptohupoyo, a relative of former president Soeharto's late wife,<br>\naccording to him.<\/p>\n<p>He added his office would summon Ginandjar next month.<\/p>\n<p>The technical assistance contract (TAC) between Pertamina and<br>\nUstraindo violates regulations, as under the contract, Ustraindo<br>\nwere freed from paying costs, which, according to TAC regulations<br>\nshould have been borne by Ustraindo.<\/p>\n<p>The TAC reportedly caused the state to lose some US$23.3<br>\nmillion.-Antara<\/p>",
