        "content": "<p>Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The government\u2019s plan to restrict purchases\nof subsidised fuel is intended to ensure that consumption is properly\ntargeted.<\/p>\n<p>Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa said that with this restriction\nmechanism, affluent members of society or the upper class must buy fuel\naccording to their financial capacity, meaning they will no longer be\nallowed to use Pertalite.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat is clear is that we are targeting only the upper class.
