The Indonesian central and regional governments are accelerating the distribution of the Housing Finance Liquidity Facility (FLPP) in North Sulawesi by simplifying permitting processes for developers and residents. Discussions between Minister Maruarar Sirait and Governor Yulius Selvanus Komaling highlight a potential for over 14,000 subsidised housing units, with North Minahasa Regency leading in uptake during 2025. Bank SulutGo supports the initiative by prioritising FLPP access for its employees and calls for alternative insurance schemes tailored to subsidised homes to broaden the programme's reach.",

It’s different if employees apply for secondary needs
services; we direct them to prioritise housing first,” said Revino.

In addition, he highlighted the aspect of insurance partners in the
FLPP programme.

“We hope the government can also meet with all insurance providers to
discuss alternative insurance schemes specifically for subsidised
housing,” said Revino.
",
