        "content": "<p>PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) has emphasised that the acceleration of\nthe Sekolah Rakyat (SR) construction project still prioritises quality\nand occupational health and safety. The company ensures that time\ntargets do not sacrifice technical standards or field worker\nprotection.<\/p>\n<p>Company Secretary Dian Sovana stated that the project acceleration is\nsupported by strengthened management, technical supervision, and\ndisciplined implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).\n\u201cBehind the ongoing progress, there is high dedication and hard work\nfrom hundreds of workers who are the spearhead of this project\u2019s\nsuccess,\u201d said Dian on Tuesday (28\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Dian explained that at each project site, the number of workers\nreaches 400 to 600 people working in shifts day and night. To speed up\nconstruction in various regions, the company also deploys around 2,500\nworkers from Java Island to projects in Java, Kalimantan, and\nSulawesi.<\/p>\n<p>According to Dian, workforce dedication is the main factor in\nmaintaining the construction rhythm. She emphasised that many workers\nhave to leave their families for extended periods but still carry out\ntheir duties with high commitment to the national project.<\/p>\n<p>On the operational side, the company builds a collaborative work\nculture without barriers between foremen, engineers, and project\nleaders. In certain conditions, the entire team goes directly to the\nfield to maintain progress while ensuring occupational safety remains\nintact.<\/p>\n<p>Dian said that every project activity begins with a safety briefing\nand disciplined use of personal protective equipment (PPE). \u201cCommitment\nto occupational safety is the company\u2019s top priority,\u201d said Dian.<\/p>\n<p>She added that various challenges such as extreme weather, complex\nterrain, and logistical limitations are addressed with strengthened\ncoordination and operational discipline. This approach is implemented to\nensure the project runs according to targets without neglecting safety\naspects.<\/p>\n<p>The acceleration of Sekolah Rakyat construction, Dian continued, is\npart of the company\u2019s contribution to supporting equitable access to\neducation.
