        "content": "<p>Jakarta \u2013 Pendopo, in partnership with PT Kereta Api Indonesia\n(Persero), has unveiled a creative space that unites modern mobility\nservices with Indonesia\u2019s ancestral cultural heritage as a national\nidentity marker, under the theme \u201cHeritage on the Move.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pendopo Head Putu Laura stated that this theme was adopted to ensure\nIndonesian cultural heritage becomes increasingly embedded in daily\npublic life through curated local products relevant to contemporary\nlifestyles.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough collaboration with KAI, we want to bring Indonesian culture\ncloser to dynamic public spaces, including Gambir Station. Heritage on\nthe Move is one of our efforts to engage more closely with customers\nwhilst bringing cultural heritage to life through the everyday\nexperience of modern society, because we recognise that tradition is\nconstantly moving and evolving with its people,\u201d Laura said at a press\nconference at Jakarta\u2019s Gambir Station on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Pendopo has also established a pop-up store at Gambir Station\nfeaturing a carefully curated selection of local products relevant for\ntravellers\u2019 needs.<\/p>\n<p>Through this pop-up store, visitors have the opportunity to discover\nvarious works from micro, small and medium enterprises (UMSEs) from\nacross the archipelago. The Pendopo pop-up store will be located at\nGambir Station until 31 May 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, KAI (Persero) Executive Vice President for Marketing and\nBusiness Development Fredi Firmansyah stated that the collaboration\nreflects PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero)\u2019s commitment to delivering\nmore memorable travel experiences for passengers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPerhaps with many such events, passengers who previously simply\nwaited for trains might now look, experience and, with the pop-up\nexhibitions, purchase and enjoy products from local producers and local\nculture,\u201d said Fredi.<\/p>\n<p>Fredi added that the collaboration could boost UMSEs\u2019 development,\npromote Indonesian culture to a wider audience and strengthen a more\ncreative economic ecosystem.<\/p>",
