        "content": "<p>Member of Parliament from the NasDem Party, Ahmad Sahroni, has\nofficially withdrawn his report regarding the case of his face being\nedited using Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the Metro Jaya Police\nHeadquarters.<\/p>\n<p>Sahroni\u2019s legal representative, Tina Amelia, stated that her client\nhas agreed to forgive the two perpetrators, who are influencers named\nIndira Berliana Dewi and Rena Romansa.<\/p>\n<p>The report was registered under numbers LP\/B\/6382\/IX\/2025\/SPKT\/Metro\nJaya Police and LP\/B\/6486\/IX\/2025\/SPKT\/Metro Jaya Police, with\nallegations of violations under Article 51 paragraph (1) in conjunction\nwith Article 35 and\/or Article 48 in conjunction with Article 32 of the\nITE Law.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlhamdulillah, today, 6 April 2026, an agreement for peace and the\nwithdrawal of the report has been reached regarding the two suspects or\nreported parties whom we reported in September 2025,\u201d she told reporters\nat the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters on Monday (6\/4).<\/p>\n<p>Tina emphasised that although the report has been withdrawn and a\npeace agreement reached, her client still does not normalise the act of\nediting faces with AI.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut once again, considering the sincerity and good faith from the\nsuspects or reported parties, our client has decided to proceed with the\npeace agreement and withdrawal of the report,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, she explained that the withdrawal was carried out after\nseveral mediation meetings between Sahroni and Indira and Rena.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlhamdulillah, we met directly with Mr Ahmad Sahroni, because of his\ngreat-heartedness; he immediately agreed to accept, and we discussed,\nultimately leading to today,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p>On the same occasion, Indira and Rena expressed their regret over\ntheir actions. Indira apologised for joining in on editing Sahroni\u2019s\nphoto via AI.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInitially, we had FOMO about using AI, with a template from the\nGemini AI prompt. We followed what was trending. As content creators, we\nused it to increase engagement. That was the mistake we made,\u201d said\nIndira.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs the reported party named Rena, I want to express my deepest\nthanks to Mr Ahmad Sahroni and a very sincere apology from the bottom of\nmy heart. I acknowledge my mistake,\u201d said Rena.<\/p>",
