Paul out for second win in drag race<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): Canadian Robert J. Paul is seeking another
\nvictory on Sunday in the third leg of a drag race at Sentul
\nCircuit near Bogor.<\/p>\n
\"I just can't wait to win again and I will give my best
\nperformance at the race,\" Paul said on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
Paul, a consultant at an oil company based in Jakarta, will
\ncompete for the Star Mild team. He will drive the Holden Torana
\nwhich he also used in the other two races held in February and
\nApril this year.<\/p>\n
Paul recorded 40 points after winning the two drag races. He
\nis on the same team with Harry Agung and Wie Wie Rianto. Harry is
\nin second place with 30 points and Wie Wie in third with 24.<\/p>\n
Harry and Wie Wie are Paul's biggest rivals. But Budi Sapto,
\none of the 13 racers competing in the free for all category, said
\nat a media conference on Tuesday that he aims to break Paul's
\ndomination.<\/p>\n
\"I know it is difficult to beat Paul but I will try to do it.
\nFirst off, I will have to outwit Harry and Wie Wie,\" Budi, who
\nhas collected one point from the two drag races, said.<\/p>\n
The third leg of the race will feature five categories: the
\nfree for all, 1000cc to 2000cc cars, jeeps, volkswagens and
\nmotorcycles.<\/p>\n
The races are sponsored by tobacco company Gudang Garam. The
\nwinners of the five categories will receive cash prizes and
\ntrophies.<\/p>\n
Interested parties are still welcome to register at Sentul
\nCircuit or at Rally Tama on Jl. Barito I No. 7, South Jakarta.
