The patent owner, Efendy,<br>\nhas complained about this forgery for 20 years. But the forger,<br>\nSoetjipto Rahardjo, continues to produce the jelly freely. In<br>\nfact Police Headquarters has confiscated all the fake products,<br>\nbut Soetjipto still carries on his business without hindrance.<\/p>\n<p>As a person concerned about patent rights, I was wandering<br>\nwhether the Directorate of Patent Rights does its job properly,<br>\nor whether there is collusion between the directorate and the<br>\nforgers.<\/p>\n<p>It is time the law enforcing bodies imposed punishment on<br>\nSoetjipto, so that potential forgers will think twice before they<br>\nexecute their plans in the future.
