The Bogor mayor stated the fire claimed only 10 lives,<br>\nwhich was confirmed by Ramayana Department Store, the police and<br>\nthe Bogor hospital's forensic department. The statements counter<br>\nmedia reports of the fire victims totaling 70 or so.<\/p>\n<p>It was surprising when newspaper reports said there were 65<br>\nbags yet to undergo examination in the hospital morgue. More<br>\nperplexing still when the hospital staff suddenly barred<br>\nnewspeople and the public from entering the morgue, and then<br>\nclosed off all the passages to it. It was stated that the 65 bags<br>\ncontained nothing but mannequins. This is incredible! Can't they<br>\ndistinguish human corpses from other items?
