        "content": "<p>Panwaslu handles 31 poll violations<\/p>\n<p>PALU, Central Sulawesi: The Central Sulawesi branch of the<br>\nElections Supervisory Committee (Panwaslu) has handled 31 poll<br>\nviolations from January to March.<\/p>\n<p>Aminuddin Kasim, chairman of Central Sulawesi's Panwaslu, said<br>\nthe 31 cases consisted of six crimes, five administrative<br>\nviolations, 14 disputes and six other cases that could not be<br>\nfollowed up on because of a lack of evidence.<\/p>\n<p>Central Sulawesi's Panwaslu handled 14 cases, the Palu<br>\nmayoralty's Panwaslu six cases, Donggala regency six cases and<br>\nthe Banggai, Morowali and Buol regencies one case each.<\/p>\n<p>The six criminal cases were investigated by the police. \"Most<br>\nof these involved forged diplomas,\" he said.<\/p>\n<p>Administrative violations generally consisted of the failure<br>\nof legislative candidates to complete all the administrative<br>\nrequirements.<\/p>\n<p>The disputes included internal disputes between legislative<br>\ncandidates of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-<br>\nP). -- JP<\/p>",
