        "content": "<p>Panasia secures loan<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): PT Panasia Indosyntex, a publicly listed textile<br>\nproducer, secured yesterday a syndicated loan worth US$36 million<br>\nfrom seven foreign and local joint venture banks.<\/p>\n<p>The company said the loan, which exceeded its target of around<br>\n$30 million, would be used to repay its loans at the state-owned<br>\nBank Bumi Daya.<\/p>\n<p>The three-year loan, co-arranged by Inter-Pacific Bank and<br>\nBank Ficonesia, has an interest rate 3 percent above the<br>\nSingapore Interbank Offered Rate (SIBOR).<\/p>\n<p>The members of the syndicate are Inter-Pacific Bank, Bank<br>\nFiconesia, Hongkong Bank, Bank Societe Generale Indonesia, ABN<br>\nAmro Bank, MayBank Nusa International and Bank Merincorp.
