The regional water company is also demanding a comprehensive\ninvestigation to determine the cause of the fatal workplace\naccident.<\/p>\n<p>PAM Jaya\u2019s President Commissioner, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, stated that\nthe company has instructed PT Moya Indonesia to coordinate with relevant\nauthorities to investigate the incident. \u2018We have asked PT Moya to take\nfull responsibility and resolve this matter properly in accordance with\nhumanitarian principles and the law,\u2019 Prasetyo said in a statement on\nFriday.<\/p>\n<p>Prasetyo added that PAM Jaya will issue a formal warning letter to PT\nMoya Indonesia as a follow-up to the incident. This measure is intended\nto prevent similar occurrences in future project implementations.
