        "content": "<p>Acting Assistant II for Economic Affairs and Development at the Palu\nCity Regional Secretariat, Rahmad Mustafa, said in Palu on Wednesday\nthat the activity is principally aimed at providing space for business\noperators, including MSMEs and traders who previously sold goods during\nCar Free Day events, to continue participating during Ramadan.<\/p>\n<p>The activity will be held every Saturday evening throughout Ramadan\nin the Jalur 2 area around Vatulemo Field, Palu City, from 20:00 WITA\nuntil approximately 02:00 WITA.<\/p>\n<p>The programme is one of a series of Ramadan activities facilitated by\nthe Palu City Government to support community economic activity.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis concept has been introduced to provide an alternative activity\nfor the public after performing tarawih prayers, whilst simultaneously\ndriving local economic circulation through the culinary sector,\u201d he\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>The city government will also officially announce the exact location\nthrough the Palu City Government\u2019s social media channels. MSME operators\ninterested in participating may register through the Palu City MSME\nAgency.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the night market programme, the local government is\nalso ensuring the implementation of an afternoon Ramadan Market centred\nat the Palu Mayor\u2019s Office grounds, running daily throughout the month\nof Ramadan.<\/p>\n<p>This activity is focused on facilitating MSME operators and takjil\n(pre-iftar snack) vendors in meeting public demand ahead of the breaking\nof the fast, as has been the practice in previous years.<\/p>",
