Using the vessel MV Puwa Bitoon, the company\nshipped 11,000.15 metric tonnes of palm kernel shell, generating foreign\nexchange earnings of USD 1,023,013.95.<\/p>\n<p>The export also contributed to government revenues through export\nduties totalling IDR 1,486,077,000. Additionally, palm levies collected\namounted to IDR 928,798,000.<\/p>\n<p>Dawny Marbagio, Head of the Parepare Customs Office, stated that the\npalm kernel shell exports by PT Jambi Semesta Biomassa have made a\npositive contribution to government revenues. The activity also supports\nincreased national export activity, particularly in West Sulawesi\nProvince.<\/p>\n<p>Officials expect that increased export activity will drive regional\neconomic growth through heightened demand for local commodities and the\ncreation of employment opportunities for surrounding communities.\nMarbagio noted that with the support of rapid customs services and clear\nprocedural certainty, more businesses will be encouraged to leverage the\nregion\u2019s export potential to access international markets.<\/p>",
