(PAL) said yesterday it<br>\nhad reinstated 143 of 183 ground crew sacked after a wildcat<br>\nstrike in June, a move which sparked fresh labor unrest at the<br>\nfinancially troubled carrier.<\/p>\n<p>But leaders of the PAL ground crew union rejected the latest<br>\nmove by the flag carrier's management, saying they would not<br>\nreturn to work unless all 183 employees were reinstated.<\/p>\n<p>\"It's 183 or nothing, and it's a firm stand from our union,\"<br>\nPAL Employees Association (PALEA) spokesperson Ed Ibanez told<br>\nradio station DZXL in an interview.<\/p>\n<p>The statement has dimmed further hopes of a speedy resolution<br>\nof the labor problem that has delayed flights but which has so<br>\nfar failed to paralyze operations.<\/p>",
