        "content": "<p>President Director of PT PAL Indonesia Kaharuddin Djenod said the\nFuture Landing Dock (LD)-603 is the first of two Landing Docks ordered\nby the Philippine Navy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe LD-603 is an important milestone in the success of PT PAL\nIndonesia\u2019s strategic export project,\u201d he remarked on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Kaharuddin explained that the hull construction was completed in just\nsix months through the implementation of Industrial Maritime 4.0 (IM4),\nwhich integrates digital production processes, increased efficiency, and\ncomprehensive quality control.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the application of this technology allows for\naccelerated construction without compromising the quality standards\nrequired by international customers.<\/p>\n<p>The Future Landing Dock is the latest generation of landing transport\nvessels designed to support a wide spectrum of operations, from\namphibious operations, personnel and logistics transport, maritime\nsecurity, to humanitarian assistance and disaster relief (HADR)\nmissions.<\/p>\n<p>Following the launch, the ship will undergo outfitting, harbor\nacceptance tests, and sea acceptance tests before handover to the\nPhilippine Navy.<\/p>\n<p>Kaharuddin stated that the launch of Landing Dock-603 marks more than\na project milestone, describing it as a symbol of the strong strategic\npartnership between Indonesia and the Philippines in enhancing the\nregion\u2019s defense industry capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are committed to maintaining customer trust by delivering\nhigh-quality products,\u201d he pointed out.<\/p>\n<p>Flag Officer in Command of the Philippine Navy, Vice Admiral Jose Ma\nAmbrosio Q. Ezpeleta, also expressed his appreciation for PT PAL\nIndonesia\u2019s professionalism in meeting the Philippine Navy\u2019s fleet\nneeds.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that the vessel will significantly strengthen the\nPhilippines\u2019 capacity to transport personnel, equipment, and logistics\nacross its archipelago.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the ship will enhance operational flexibility for\namphibious operations, maritime security missions, and humanitarian\nassistance and disaster relief operations.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the\nPhilippines, Lieutenant General Rommel P.
