One of the advantages offered is that you<br>\ncan be paged in five cities if you advise them when you will be<br>\nin each city.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, even after clearly advising Easy Call, my pager<br>\nmessages were not relayed to Surabaya, East Java, until my<br>\nsecretary, on various occasions, called and reminded them to do<br>\nso.<\/p>\n<p>Of late, I have met with complaints from relatives, friends<br>\nand business partners, as to why I do not return their calls when<br>\nthey page me. Often the messages are simply not relayed.<\/p>\n<p>When I complained to the company, I was asked to service the<br>\npager at their office in Tebet, Jakarta. However, on signing the<br>\ncontract, they promised they would pick up the pager for<br>\nservicing.<\/p>\n<p>Upon telling them that I wished to return my pager for a<br>\nrefund, I was informed that they were not interested and I could<br>\nsell it on the free market.
