The objections were filed last\nThursday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe case registrations were carried out on Thursday, 9 April 2026,\nand continued until late at night due to the significant number of\nobjecting applicants accompanied by substantial application files. All\napplications have met the administrative requirements as stipulated in\nSupreme Court Regulation No.\u00a03 of 2021 on the Procedures for Filing and\nExamining Objections to KPPU Decisions in Commercial Courts,\u201d said the\nspokesperson for the Central Jakarta District Court, Sunoto, in his\nstatement on Friday (10\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>In KPPU Decision No.\u00a005\/KPPU-I\/2025, the Commission Panel stated that\nRespondents I through XCVII were found to have violated Article 5 of Law\nNo.\u00a05 of 1999 on the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair\nBusiness Competition.
